My other camera is a Holga
17-85 lens, focal length 70mm, tripod
My husband (Shane) bought me my Holga for my birthday after I read a article about them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holga I think they are so cool. I don't use it as much as I would like though coz the cost of printing the pics is just too high. The last lot I got done cost $4/4x4 photo.
I'm not overly happy with the shot. It was my first play with plexiglass (Shane just happened to have some in his shed). The problem is I'm getting a reflection off both the top and the bottom surface of the plexiglass. Any suggestions on how to avoid this are most welcome. Is the problem with the cloth I had underneath? The lighting was a reading lamp with a sheet of kitchen paper over it. Once again Shane was the lighting director (he held the sheet of kitchen paper).

What a super cool photo!!
Love it!
It looks awesome to me! I love the black and white, and I also love the reflection. I think you are being too hard on yourself!
I've heard so much about these cameras. Great shot!
very cool shot...great work with the plexi-glass!
Cari
Cool, but all your shots are cool. Love the plexiglass and reflection.
This is really neat! I love the reflection. I definitely need to get some plexiglass.
Great pic, I don't understand the problem you're having, it looks good to me!
Thanks everyone. You have encouraged me to relook at this pic and I guess I'm pretty happy with it. It was really late when I was editing it (I didn't take it until 10:30pm)so i was getting kinda frustrated with it. The double reflectionof the top of the camera (at the bottom of the pic) was driving me crazy. Especially as I have never tried this before I wasn't sure if maybe I was just doing it wrong.
Cool camera and cool photo. I love the reflection.
I agree. amazing shot. Great job
