Runaway Cat

No sun here today, grey skies all day, so I thought I would try something completely different. This little cat belongs to our next-door-neighbours, but she spends alot of time at our house. The kids named her Runaway, because that's what she would do when they tried to catch her. She is getting much more friendly now and she even lets then carry her around. She is a gorgeous little thing. I wasn't sure how to crop the photos, the ears kinda get in the way of putting the eyes on a third line. Thanks for looking.

Hey, I have a picture of a cat taken with my 50mm 1.8 lens today too! You're right about the ears, they sure can get in the way of a properly composed head shot. I leave them in too though (unless they're already cut off in camera). Cute kitty!

It seems to be a kitty theme... cute cat. Maybe if you put more head room in, or body- otherwise, I can't guess how to get a tight crop with those pointy little ears in.

What a sweet little kitty.. I am deathly allergic to cats, or i know I'd have a couple of them, expecially if one was that cute!
