A little bit of sea mist and a little bit of fill flash
Today was stinking hot again, so after I dinner we went to the beach, We were still swimming past 8 o'clock. On the way home we moticed one of the beaches was covered in a sea mist. By the time we got the camera and got out there it was almost gone. I though I would use the opportunity to try a bit of fill flash. I used the on board flash (forgot i had my speedlite with me). This is my DH, Shane. I was fairly pleased with how it turned out - would have been better with a more specacular sunset.

I'm so not a beach person, but everytime I see your photos...I want to be;) You are just so talented with the landscapes, it's amazing. Your photo of your DH did turn out well and am more impressed because you did it with your onboard flash. When I had an onboard flash, i could not get that kind of result to save my life.
That first shot is a killer I love the colors in it and the copmposition is outstanding!
